| Jen Piepenbrink |

Jen Piepenbrink is Director-certified
in Early Childhood Education and has over 25 years of experience with children
from birth through teens. Children have been a main focus in her life from
the time she was quite young. Having taught and worked in many children's
programs, she is now working her dream of having classes, workshops, birthday
parties and so much more in a wonderful environment that is affordable and
enriching to all.
Jen lives in Cohasset and is the very proud and happy mom of Daniel,
Callie and Cody, and wife to Bob.
By working with local community programs in Cohasset and surrounding towns,
it's the goal of One Creative Place to foster pride in our community. To
have children of all ages feel good about their accomplishments and feel
special is a true sign of success to Jen. |
| Ann Conte |
Art
Specialist |
Ann lives in Hingham with her
family and has been an artist her whole life. She earned her BA in Design
and Illustration at Mass College of Art.
Since 2002 Ann has been teaching art and enjoys working with many mediums
and all ages - young people through adults. |
| Bill White |
Instructor |
BIll has been a professional
cartoonist for over 25 years. He studied animation under former Disney
animator, Milt Neil at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art
in Dover NJ.
Bill has contributed to artwork and stories with many comic book publishers
including Walt Disney Publishing, DC Comics, Marvel Comics and more. Bill
also has done extensive work in the advertising and publishing fields, and
has traveled the country doing caricatures at private parties and corporate
events.
In 2000, Bill joined the Bldg. #19 Ad Staff, and has been happily working
with them ever since. |

Elyse is a mother of 2 young
children as well as a Speech and Language Pathologist and Certified Early
Intervention Specialist. She has spent the last 9 years working for the
FIRST Early Intervention Program providing services to the birth to 3
year old population. After seeking ways to bring the joy of communication
to all families, she became an Independent Certified Instructor for the
Baby Signs(R) Programs.

Teacher |
Sensei Fred Channell has been
training in the arts for over 25 years.
In addition to being a 5th degree black belt in Karate, he competes
actively in Judo. Sensei Fred placed third in Black Belt Masters forms
in the Uechi-ryu World Championships. He is a certified Senior Instructor,
and a certified tournament official.
His proudest accomplishments are his two daughters, straight A students
and excellent Karate students, and his many other champion students,
including 11 other Uechi Junior Grand Champions. |

DiGiacomandrea |

detach from Negativity and turn every Challenge into Opportunity"
Although she came to the stage a bit later in her life, Scituate's
Jean DiGiacomandrea has always loved theater. Jean started her theatrical
endeavors when she was cast in a Cohasset Dramatic Club production of
Dracula in 1995. From then on, Jean was hooked, and spent the next 11
years learning about every aspect of the theater.
In addition to acting at CDC, Jean has appeared in several television commercials
after having studied with local drama coaches. She has been a respected producer
for numerous shows at CDC, as well as various benefits and reviews throughout
her community. Her theatrical resume includes both musicals and dramas, and
she is equally at ease working in either venue.
Jean's reputation as tireless worker with the big smile, Jean has recently
stepped down from her role as President of the Cohasset Dramatic Club, a
position she held for 10 years and remains active with CDC. She has impressed
both children and parents alike by her ability to build and maintain a strong
sense of community and fun for every show in which she's involved. Recently
Jean proved her ability to conquer all challenges of the theater by directing
her first show, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

John is the owner of Spa
Visage (www.spavisage.net) in Hanover and has been doing hair and
makeup for over 20 years
John studied make-up artistry in New York with Chanel, and has also
studied extensivly with Sebastian and Trucco He worked on Newbury street
in Boston for 13 years prior to his purchase of Spa Visage. John is
also a certified personal fitness trainer. |
| Mat

Mat has taught Junior High
and High School in local schools for 19 years.
Since 1967 he has been designing the advertising for Building #19(a New England
surplus and salvage store) featuring jokes, puns and caricatures of its cofounder,
Jerry Ellis. Mat's work has also appeared in the Boston Globe, the Patriot
Ledger, Yankee Magazine and marketing textbooks.
Mat is a member of the National Cartoonist's Society, and resides in Scituate,
Mass. Mat is proud to point out that Bill White was once one of his students.(he
sometimes fails to add that he taught MATH at the time.) To reach Mat, go

| Melissa Chiano |

Melissa lives in Marshfield
with her husband Bill and son Dominic. She has been working with children
for over 20 years. She began taking care of children when she was a teenager
and through her twenties. She then pursued a professional career at Arbella
Mutual Insurance Company for five years. Motherhood was a dream come true
for her and she chose to be a stay at home mom. Dominic is now four years
old and enrolled in preschool this fall.
Melissa is very excited to begin a career working with young children. |

After graduating college with an Education degree Michele spent 10 years
teaching preschool and subsitute teaching. Orginally from New Jersey,
Michele moved to Massachusetts in 1999 and loves living on the South
Shore.
Michele Hogan lives in Marshfield with her husband Dave and daughters
Amelia and Bridgette. Currently staying home with her children, Michele
also tutors middle school students and teaches swimming at the South
Shore YMCA. Michele is excited about her new adventure and looks forward
to working with young children again |

Campbell |

Michelle Campbell has spent
the past 15 years working and volunteering on behalf of children and their
families. She has taught Special Ed. Preschool in both public and private
settings, developed and coordinated family support programs, worked in
early intervention and is currently a preschool teacher in Marshfield.
As a volunteer, Michelle has provided support to families affected
by HIV/AIDS, coordinated birthday parties for children living in shelters,
and participated in various Early Childhood committees and councils.
While she has had experience developing and running various programs,
her true enjoyment comes from working directly with young children- “You
are guaranteed at least 1 good belly laugh a day!”
Michelle believes that all children have great ideas and unique thoughts
and they should be heard and respected! In her free time Michelle enjoys
reading, nature, cooking, kayaking, snowshoeing, traveling, yoga and especially
adventures with her twin 5-year-old nephews! |
| Monica

A member of the National Network
for Early Language Learning, Monica is a Massachusetts Certified Spanish
teacher, whose experience includes teaching Spanish at the high school
level for four years, working in Japan as an English teacher, and for
the past two years, providing a bilingual beginning for Pre-k and Kindergarten
children.
She has lived and studied at the National University of Mexico, Mexico
City. As young children have the advantage over adolescents for easy
and natural language acquisition, Monica enjoys engaging children through
song, stories, games and art that center on Spanish speaking and comprehension. |
| Renate
Devin |

Renate Devin graduated from
the State University of New York where she earned her Bachelor of Arts
degree in Communications. Her first job after college was with an international
incentive company where she managed corporate business meetings and incentive
travel programs all over the world.
It was the 10 years of international travel that led Renate to her
next career in finance. She worked with Merrill Lynch in New York as
a Product Manager for their International Private Client Group. Still
traveling, she moved to SanFrancisco to develop an offshore territory
for another financial management firm. She eventually came to Boston
where she worked with Putnam Investments managing Putnam’s largest
account relationships.
Now as a stay-at-home mom, Renate sees the challenges parents face
raising respectful, kind and considerate children. Seeing a product
that is very much need for our children and looking for a way to develop
her communication and interpersonal skills, she recently attended the
International School of Protocol in Baltimore, Maryland. Renate is now
certified to teach etiquette and social skills to children of all ages.
Renate lives in Cohasset with her two children, Charlie and Natalie,
and her husband Bill. |
| Robert Kniffen |

Robert Kniffen recently retired
after thirty-four years of teaching in the Rockland Public Schools where
he was Director of Music, teacher of high school and middle school choruses,
beginning bandteacher, and high school drama director.
He has been active in community theater off and on for thirty years,
most recently playing the role of the Wizard in “Once Upon A Mattress” for
the Hingham Civic Music Theatre. Among his other favorite roles have
been Captain Von Trapp in "The Sound of Music" and Billy Bigelow
in "Carousel". He has recently served as music director for
productions of “Into The Woods” at Middleboro High School
and “Annie” with the Cohasset Dramatic Club, and conducted
the pit for CDC production of “Seussical The Musical.”
During the summer Bob directs a theatre program, “On Stage”,
for elementary and middle school age students in the Halifax/Plympton
area.
Robert lives in Halifax with his wife Candace with whom he has three
children and two grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking,
photography and traveling. |
| Sally
Wright |
Drama |
Sally Wright has been acting
and directing throughout the South Shore/Boston area for the last 15 years.
She has taught drama at the Hanover Middle School and children’s
and adult acting classes at the Riverside Theatre Works in Hyde Park,
where she also worked as Program Director. Sally now teaches drama for
the Town of Plymouth Recreation Department at Memorial Hall in Plymouth.
She is also the Artistic Director of the Hat Trick Mystery Dinner
Theatre and the Hat Trick Theatre of Plymouth. |

Tina received certification through Boston Conservatory of Music as a Musical
Theatre major - studying voice, drama, and dance.
Tina has been dancing for 26 years and all her students enjoy her fun
energetic form of teaching. She moved to Florida for three years and
is back now with her family in Scituate. |
| Vivienne
Leonard |
Choreographer |
Vivienne has choreographed
several musicals for the Cohasset Dramatic Club including Wizard of
Oz, Sound of Music, and Nunsense, among others. She also choreographed
the CDC/Cohasset Recreation Department's Summer Theater Camp production
of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.
Vivienne also has worked for and choreographed 13 musicals for the
Gates Intermediate School in Scituate. She has taught Tap & Jazz
for the Scituate Adult Ed. program for years and is loved and admired
by all. |
